Yes, this is an extremely
well presented and non-modified all "Henry Ford Steel" 3
Window Rumble Seat Coupe professionally
restored/modernized in a true Resto-Rod format. This is a
stunning example of a very hard to find Early Ford, one
that speaks for itself with great Old School Hot-Rod
style...
According to the
informational documents we have on record: This 3
window coupe was "Built from an absolute rust-free,
damage-free, all steel body. The car was found in the late
70's entombed is a concrete building which had to be torn
down to remove the car. I think it would be nearly
impossible to find a better body. No detail has been
overlooked in the building of this car. It has not been
pieced together, everything on the body of this car except
the bumpers was made by Henry Ford 74 years ago, which is
very rare. It has just been completed (est 2008) with
nothing to hide & plenty to show."
In closing and in our
"professional opinion" achieved during our extensive full
review, test drive, photo-set and video. We found this to
be an exceptional specimen, one that supports the above
original builder/owner statements. All body panels appear
correct, are straight, overall fit is excellent including
the normally temperamental hood latches and the doors
easily close. Overall this wonderful example is a "True
Ford Hot-Rod" offering no excuses, you and your friends
will Dig this ride :-)...
