Engine Rebuild Notes: The block prior to rebuild was hot tanked, acid dipped,
magna-fluxed, pressure tested, new valves, lifters, all 3
deck sides resurfaced, (off main bearing & center line),
all cylinders bored, all new galley plugs installed, cam
bearings installed, interior of block painted, ceramically
pressure sealed @ 180 degrees and 20 lbs pressure to
ensure no leaks as to any porosity or casting defects.
Once assembled the entire rotating and reciprocating
assemblies are dynamically balanced within 1/2 gram & 1”
centerline (all internal parts, crank, rod, pistons, pins,
rings, rod bearings)...
Chassis: Restored paint/finish on chassis & lower body, front &
rear shocks (Posies), front & rear spring (Posies), Front
Panhard Bar kit, power brake upgrade, restored drum
