Serious
Mopar Muscle! Most certainly low production & uniquely
rare, this "69 Road Runner 426/425HP Hemi" is one of only
421 hardtops produced. Available 3rd owner file history
notes, this solid example was purchased new at Century
Chrysler Plymouth of San Jose California, had been stored
20+ years, had one high quality original color paint
refinish 1983, otherwise solid non-restored and had
previously only exchanged hands between friends. Fast
forward 10/17, the current 4th California owner performed
a complete professional original engine rebuild & entire
mechanical chassis/brakes once over (added power
steering), interior renew, etc. (see history & receipts
photos).
In
short, this is a very real, 426 Hemi Hardtop original dry
climate example with great character/patina, one that has
been respectfully preserved, mechanically refreshed and
lightly updated. In our opinion, this serious muscle car
presents itself well with a period perfect mid/late 70's
street machine appeal. Pull the trigger and grab the
pistol grip! Remember the old saying, ...Nobody Rides For
Free! ;-).
